Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Iowa is seeking Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. You will strip and clean concrete forms, prepare steel molds for filling with concrete, and perform basic carpentry in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits within a large CRH family of infrastructure brands, with opportunities for training and internal promotion as you gain experience in precast concrete and related product lines.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day
