Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Production Coordinator for the Digital Media Production team in Phoenix to assist with video and photo productions. This on-site role supports video and photo shoots from planning through delivery.

You will help producers and photographers develop, plan, and organize productions; coordinate schedules, locations, talent casting, permits, and contracts; acquire props and equipment; use Asana to track progress; assist on set with camera, audio, teleprompter, and grip; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Video Production, Journalism, or related field.
• 1–3 years in project management or video production.
• Able to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Assist video producers and photographers to develop, plan, and organize productions.
• Coordinate schedules, locations, talent casting, and documentation including permits, release forms, and contracts.
• Acquire all props and reserve all necessary equipment for shoots.
• Use project management tool (Asana) to facilitate reporting and tracking of projects.
• Assist on set with camera, teleprompter, audio, and grip.
• Simple video editing for internal content.
