Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Production Coordinator for its Digital Media Production team in Phoenix, AZ. You will assist video producers and photographers to plan and organize productions, coordinate schedules, locations, talent casting, and documentation, and ensure props and equipment are ready for shoots.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in project management or video production and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Video Production, or a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Video Production, Journalism, or related field.
• 1-3 years in project management or video production.

Responsibilities

• Assist video producers and photographers to develop, plan, and organize productions.
• Coordinate schedules, locations, talent casting, and documentation including permits, release forms, and contracts.
• Acquire all props and reserve all necessary equipment for shoots.
• Use project management tool (Asana) to facilitate reporting and tracking of projects.
• Assist on set with camera, teleprompter, audio, and grip.
• Simple video editing for internal content.
