This role requires regular travel and on-site leadership, plus hands-on setup and problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include building CAD drawings, schedules, labor plans, and coordinating with vendors and venues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in live event or AV production, including leading crews or managing shows

Responsibilities

• Own the show from sale to strike, turning what was sold into a production plan
• Review proposals and orders for technical accuracy and maintain scope, gear and labor
• Lead production meetings, site visits and client calls on the technical side
• Track all changes and communicate them to the right people
