Responsibilities

• Manage the production process with overseas factories including placing fabric during the development stage of the product life cycle.
• Implement and monitor WIP reports seasonal time/action calendars in order to achieve required delivery.
• Communicate daily with overseas factories regarding production orders and delivery status.
• Enter production orders in the system.
• Coordinate the production process with overseas factories.
• Track testing reports.
• Track production status through T&A reports.
• Allocate and follow up on product development packages sent to overseas factories for sampling and approvals.
• Implement and monitor WIP reports seasonal time/action calendars to achieve required delivery.
• Track all fabric development and trim orders.
• Resolve issues and manage inventories.
• Work with Fabric Development team and designers overseeing samples fit approvals, trim, and color approval adhering to company guidelines and quality assurance
