Job summary

Naked Wardrobe is seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. You will manage the full product creation process from development hand-off to final production and delivery, ensuring on-time milestones.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for overseas factories, coordinate with design and logistics, monitor high SKU volume, and keep accurate WIP and T&A updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of production experience in the apparel industry.
• Familiarity with sourcing, logistics, and production terminology.
• Experience in fast-paced apparel environments with high SKU volume.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product creation process from development hand-off through final production and delivery.
• Monitor the production pipeline from initial sample stage to final delivery.
• Track production milestones and manage bulk production with overseas factories to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate shipping timelines and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely product arrival.
• Manage high-volume import production across multiple cycles and reorders.
• Handle fabric approvals and track bulk fabric status.
• Serve as the primary daily contact for overseas factories and maintain vendor follow-up throughout production.
• Collaborate with Design, Tech Design, Development, and Receiving to meet deadlines and troubleshoot production setbacks.
• Update WIP and T&A reports based on the production schedule and provide clear updates to the reporting manager.
• Independently manage multiple styles and production timelines across several factories.

Global womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is in search of an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. We are looking for a motivated candidate who is adaptable, flexible, and a true self-starter.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Production Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage the entire product creation process, from development hand-off through to final production and delivery.
  • Monitor the production pipeline from the initial sample stage to final delivery.
  • Proactively track production milestones and manage bulk production with overseas factories to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate shipping timelines and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely product arrival.
  • Manage high-volume import production, including multiple production cycles and reorders.
  • Handle fabric approvals and track bulk fabric status.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication:
  • Serve as the primary daily contact for overseas factories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Tech Design, Development, and Receiving) to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Partner with Product Development and Design to troubleshoot and resolve any production setbacks quickly.
  • Proactively identify production risks and drive timely resolution to maintain production schedules.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with overseas vendors throughout the entire production timeline.
• Administrative & Reporting:
  • Update WIP (Work in Progress) and T&A (Time and Action) reports based on the production schedule.
  • Follow up with vendors on samples to ensure timely arrival for fittings and key seasonal meetings.
  • Provide clear, detailed updates to the reporting manager when production issues arise.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple styles and production timelines across several factories.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of production experience in the apparel industry.
  • Familiarity with sourcing, logistics, and production terminology.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced apparel environment with multiple seasonal deliveries and high SKU volume.
