Phillips Exeter Academy is seeking a Graphic Designer who will manage print and digital design projects, including social media assets, email, and marketing materials. Strong knowledge of design principles and pre-flight print processes is required; you will collaborate with the lead designer and Communications Office.

Responsibilities include overseeing print production, budgeting, scheduling, asset management, and coordinating with vendors to meet deadlines and maintain brand standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design and production experience in the print industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating targeted, audience-driven communications and brand marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of print production, including scheduling, costs, and vendor contracts.
• Assist with creation of digital and print assets; lay out publications and refresh designs to brand standards.
• Manage asset libraries, project databases, and maintain organizational systems.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure on-budget, on-time delivery.
