Collins + Co. is seeking a skilled Production Designer to translate approved creative into deliverables across brand, campaign, print, environmental, social, and digital touchpoints.

You bring a four-year degree and at least two years of agency experience, with a passion for execution and consistency across media. Collaborating with design leadership and cross-functional teams, you will handle a high volume of assignments, ensure accuracy, and adapt to timelines while preserving quality.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a closely related design discipline.
• At least two years of professional design experience in a creative agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, brand consistency, and production craft across print and digital.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved creative into polished deliverables across brand, campaign, print, environmental, social, and digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with design team, senior leadership, and cross-functional account, communications, and strategy teams.
• Manage a high volume of assignments, adapt across formats, and protect quality under tight timelines.
• Support websites, landing pages, emails, social assets with a strong sense of UX/UI; front-end development not required.
