Job summary

Recruitology is seeking a Production Designer to assist in creating marketing and product assets, layouts, and style guides in line with brand standards. You will manage various digital production projects, optimize images, and support asset preparation for deliverables with timely coordination across the team.

The role requires strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, and familiarity with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro.
• Strong MS Office familiarity: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Keynote a plus.
• Ability to translate designs into responsive web and native mobile experiences; willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing marketing and product assets and layouts based on provided designs or art direction.
• Create, gather, export and optimize images; build style guides and secondary templates.
• QA test websites and ensure brand standards across digital and print materials.
• Deliver production assets and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with senior team members to receive feedback and implement revisions.
