Job summary

Haworth is seeking a Production Coordinator 2 to join our Walls, MI team on 1st shift. The role involves coordinating production activities, communicating across departments, and ensuring orders move smoothly from entry to shipment.

Responsibilities include interfacing with planning, expediting parts, and managing shortages while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. OT and weekend work may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain powered industrial truck (hilo) certification.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends/holidays, as needed.
• Ability to perform the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with other departments to investigate customer demands and works with planning on new orders.
• Check and expedite parts from Drop Zone and escalates issues to supervision.
• Monitor orders and follow up on shortages; update pick and pack dispatch notes.
