Job summary

Saint-Gobain Performance Polymer Solutions is seeking a Production Coordinator in the Bristol, Rhode Island area to support daily manufacturing operations. The role coordinates production work orders, maintains records, and processes transactions in ERP and tracking systems, serving as a link between Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain.

You will produce reports, monitor KPIs, and support Lean initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process production work orders, manufacturing transactions, and inventory movements within QAD/Factivity and other applicable systems.
• Review, audit, and reconcile production data to ensure accuracy of labor reporting, inventory transactions, production output, and operational metrics.
• Act as the primary liaison between Production, Planning, Quality, Shipping, and Management to facilitate workflow and resolve production-related issues.
• Generate, maintain, and analyze production reports, KPIs, and operational data to support business decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Manufacturing activities, and process optimization efforts.
• Follow all Saint-Gobain safety policies and environmental regulations.
• Assist with production scheduling activities as required.
• Participate in audits, inventory activities, and cycle count support.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHY DO WE NEED YOU? The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position, which is $24.00-$28.00 per hour, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 5% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $52,400 to $61,100. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
