Job summary

Collabera is seeking a Post Production Coordinator to support a fast-paced scripted television/streaming post-production team. You will work with leadership and internal and external stakeholders to keep episode deliveries, media assets, schedules, and documentation organized and on track.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years of post-production experience in TV, streaming, or digital media, with familiarity in asset management, delivery workflows, and QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Track episode delivery schedules and monitor deliverables to ensure they meet required technical specifications
• Coordinate post-production assets, requests, documentation, and distribution lists
• Set up Flow Capture accounts and coordinate secure sharing of cuts with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain internal status reports, delivery trackers, and production documentation
• Coordinate with post-production teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep deliverables moving
• Support QC processes, including tracking and coordinating resolution of rejected or non-compliant assets
• Identify potential delivery issues and follow up with appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution
• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Post Production team
• Handle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail

Location: New York / New Jersey — Primarily Remote

Work Arrangement: Remote with occasional onsite work in the NYC area

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience within TV, streaming, or studio post-production and understands the workflows involved in digital content delivery, QC, asset management, and episode deliverables.

What You'll Do

• Track episode delivery schedules and monitor deliverables to ensure they meet required technical specifications
• Coordinate post-production assets, requests, documentation, and distribution lists

Nice to Have:

• Scripted television post-production experience
• Experience supporting a major studio, network, or streaming platform
• Experience with Flow Capture or similar media review/collaboration platforms
• Experience coordinating episodic content and multi-episode delivery schedules
• This position is primarily remote, but candidates should be local to the New York City metropolitan area and comfortable working onsite approximately once every couple of months as needed.
