Job summary

Lifestyle Home div of Golden Tadco International Corp. seeks an operations coordinator to manage purchase orders, item code/UPC creation, and cross-functional communication across sales, product development, and logistics.

You will monitor production timelines, coordinate with overseas teams, and ensure documentation and approvals are completed on time. A hybrid work model applies with in-office days in Central New Jersey.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years coordinating operations or logistics for a physical product or business.
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with overseas teams.
• Highly organized and able to coordinate between sales, product development, operations, factories, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Accurately review, enter, and issue Customer Purchase Orders to manufacturers and track order status to meet deadlines.
• Create new product item codes and UPC barcodes for each product.
• Manage day-to-day communication with manufacturers through production life cycle and coordinate mockup reviews.
• Track production through completion and keep all stakeholders informed of timing.

Job description

• Accurately review, enter, and issue Customer Purchase Orders to our manufacturers while effectively tracking order status to ensure all deadlines and customer requirements are met.
• Create new product item codes and UPC barcodes for each product.
• Manage day-to-day communication with manufacturers through production life cycle - specification questions, timeline follow-up, and coordination of mockup review and approval.
• Track production through completion and keep everyone informed of timing.

Testing & Audits:

• Create Test Report Forms & effectively manage product testing with appropriate testing facilities while adhering to customer requirements.
• Work with customers and factories on any failed test reports through a CAPA.
• Manage Audits with factories (Social, Security, etc.).

Getting Shipments here:

• Collect shipping details from manufacturers and coordinate freight with our logistics team.
• Make sure our shipping team has complete and accurate paperwork.
• Track shipments in transit and sort out problems before they become delays.
• Schedule delivery and get our factory ready for shipping on time.
• Coordinate quality control and see any damage or shortfall through to resolution with the manufacturer.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years coordinating operations or logistics for a physical product or business.
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with overseas teams.
• Highly organized and comfortable being in the middle of multiple parties - sales, product development, operations, factories, and logistics.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Familiarity with generating item numbers and UPCs.
• Experience with product testing is a plus.
• Experience with Walmart preferred.
