Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in apparel production.
• Experience coordinating with factories on color, artwork, fabrics and PP samples.
• Experience following retailer requirements and production timelines.
• Proficient in using PLM systems and emails for production follow-up.
• Ability to manage submissions, approvals and production status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with factories on all production matters.
• Track lifecycle of all styles in production.
• Coordinate color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples with factories and designers.
• Monitor production and delivery status via daily emails and PLM.
• Manage submissions, approvals, and timelines with reports (Time and Action, Work In Process), and daily factory emails.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs and samples with Design and Tech, and relay feedback to factories.
• Submit items for retailers and licensors and follow up with their teams.
• Ensure testing compliance.

Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.

Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory

Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories

Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
