Production Coordinator - Sweaters

About Our Company:

STAR STYLE APPAREL, LLC is the leading sweater manufacturer in Shandong, China, with a showroom in New York. We specialize in various sweaters and knitted accessories, serving the US, EU, and global markets. Our factory is equipped with 500 Stoll machines and 500 Shima computer machines. With advanced technology, we produce 20 million pieces annually across 1.5GG to 14GG, generating over $200 million in sales each year. As we continue to grow, we seek experienced professionals to join our management team and help expand our operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the product development and production process from initial sample to bulk production.
• Ensure accurate and efficient distribution of all outgoing samples to customers.
• Specify garments according to the spec sheet and approve PP and fit samples before sending to customers.
• Manage and track all overseas shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders from port to customer.
• Maintain the EDI system and handle invoice processing.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of production experience.
• Knowledge of sweater products is a plus.
• Experience in logistics/shipping is required.
• Chinese speaking skills are helpful.
