PRODUCTION PROFESSIONAL - Hard Goods A PLUS

(Immediate Opening)

• Daily communication to factories on all production related matters
• Managing the life cycle of all styles in production
• Communicating retailer requirements to factories – labeling, packing, ticketing, hanging, marking. Reviewing and approving compliancy.
• Following up on production and delivery status through daily emails
• Keeping track of submits and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Process and daily emails with the factory
• Distributing lab dips, strike offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Submitting items for approval to RETAILERS and Licensors communicating and following up with their team.
• Track all testing compliance

Qualifications and Competencies:

• 3-5 years’ experience in production in FOR HARD GOODS preferred
• Working in production with major retailer’s experience A PLUS
• Detail oriented
• Organized and very good follow up skills
• Sense of urgency and intuitive sense of priorities
• Ability to Multi-task in a fast paced environment
