Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain production schedules based on project priorities, crew availability, materials, and anticipated completion dates.
• Review work orders and upcoming projects to ensure jobs are properly prepared and scheduled.
• Distribute and track work orders, project information, and scheduling updates.
• Communicate with production supervisors and team members regarding job progress and schedule changes.
• Monitor active projects and identify scheduling conflicts, material shortages, or delays.
• Adjust schedules and priorities as needed to accommodate changing project demands.
• Coordinate material, equipment, and supply needs for upcoming projects.
• Track project progress and provide updates to production leadership.
• Serve as a communication point between production, sales, vendors, crews, and other internal departments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and maintain production schedules based on project priorities, crew availability, materials, and anticipated completion dates.
• Review work orders and upcoming projects to ensure jobs are properly prepared and scheduled.
• Distribute and track work orders, project information, and scheduling updates.
• Communicate with production supervisors and team members regarding job progress, schedule changes, and project needs.
• Monitor active projects and help identify scheduling conflicts, material shortages, or other issues that could cause delays.
• Adjust schedules and priorities as needed to accommodate changing project demands.
• Coordinate material, equipment, and supply needs for upcoming projects.
• Help track inventory of materials, equipment, and other items needed by the production team.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding material availability and delivery dates.
• Maintain accurate project and production information within company systems.
• Track project progress and provide updates or reports to production leadership.
• Assist with resolving scheduling and logistical issues as they arise.
• Serve as a communication point between production, sales, vendors, crews, and other internal departments.
• Support the production team with additional administrative and operational needs as necessary.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in production coordination, construction administration, scheduling, project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
• Roofing, exterior construction, home improvement, or general construction experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Confidence communicating with crews, vendors, managers, and other team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adjust quickly when schedules or project needs change.
• Comfortable working with computers, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and project management or CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• A dependable, solutions-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.
