Job summary

Lb Capital is seeking a Production Coordinator in Maryland to manage materials, timelines, and logistics for roofing projects. The role involves coordinating procurement, building schedules in Service Titan, and serving as a bridge between vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors.

You will support PMs, assist the sales team with post-sale coordination, and maintain thorough records to ensure project progress stays on track and quality standards are met.

• Experience with Service Titan or similar project management tools.
• Organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-driven with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
• Team player comfortable collaborating across departments.
