You'll be the behind-the-scenes force managing materials, timelines, communication, and logistics between vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan
• Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
• Support project managers in overcoming challenges and keeping work on track
• Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination
• Keep detailed records and ensure documentation is organized and up-to-date
• Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards
• Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership
