PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create cutting batches in Shop net, Board stretcher, and Hundegger for Panel Plant and Joist/LVL packages, in a timely and thorough manner.
2. Create bundle sheets for production, panel layout, and shipping, as well as Board stretcher picklists for panel blade cutting.
3. Monitor production and generate management reports as requested.
4. Create Joist and LVL batch picklists, shipping lists (if separate from truss shipping list) for Joist/LVL packages.
5. Manage paper-flow cutting processes, maintain inventory counts, and project inventory needs based on production reports.
6. Participate in inventory management and month-end close-out processes.
7. Create and duplicate job packages for deliveries, preparing copies ahead of scheduled delivery in AppWright.
8. Conserve resources to achieve job results efficiently.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Ability to learn new computer programs and batching routines.
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Current driver’s license or state-issued ID.
• Availability to work 40+ hours weekly.
• Good communication skills.
