Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Production Coordinator in Cookeville, Tennessee to keep schedules aligned, inform Mendix and supervisors, and own On Time Performance for SRS and Catalog orders. You will partner with VDC, Fab Material Coordinator, Sales and Customer Care to keep projects on time and within spec.

You will coordinate across production teams, manage runtimes, and support special projects while maintaining precise communication and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience in a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows software and familiarity with SWI/SOP processes.
  • Solid understanding of shop math and ability to use measuring tools.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and be self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Keep production schedules on track and inform supervisors and Mendix on schedules and project releases.
  • Own On Time Performance for SRS and Catalog orders.
  • Collaborate with VDC, Fab Material Coordinator, Sales, Customer Care, and branches on upcoming projects and material lead times.

In this role, you’ll keep production schedules on track, make sure supervisors and Mendix stay informed on schedules and project releases, and own On Time Performance for SRS and Catalog orders. You’ll work closely with VDC, the Fab Material Coordinator, Sales, Customer Care, and our branches to keep upcoming projects and material lead times on schedule.
