Job Summary :

The Production Coordinator will oversee and manage manufacturing shift employees and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards.

What you will do :

• Oversee manufacturing operations on assigned shift.
• Maintain workflow of jobs to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily workflow and assignments of production staff.
• Provide constructive and timely instruction to employees.
