Job summary

HLBMA LLC is seeking a Production Control Specialist II to oversee execution, monitoring, and control of manufacturing operations across Electrode, Assembly, Formation, and Aging processes in a Savannah/Ellabell facility. You will coordinate with Planning, Quality, and Engineering to ensure adherence to schedules and optimize material flow.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with SAP/ERP/MES in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3+ years in production control, planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, or MES systems.
• High-volume manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production execution against plans; analyze Plan vs. Actual performance.
• Coordinate schedule adjustments due to downtime, material shortages, or quality issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints; support corrective actions.
• Monitor WIP movement and material flow; resolve congestion with Materials/Production/Quality.
