HLBMA LLC is seeking a Production Engineer I to support production planning, optimize processes, and improve yield and OEE on the Savannah/ Ellabell shop floor. This entry-level role collaborates with engineers, operators, Quality, and Production Management to resolve issues and improve performance.

The position emphasizes developing skills in production technology, SOPs, and safety while enabling career growth into more advanced production engineering responsibilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in production technology or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with yield analysis, OEE, or process improvement preferred.
• Knowledge of battery manufacturing is a plus.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot machines with engineers and operators to optimize yield and OEE.
• Monitor and support management of yield and OEE.
• Compare production progress to plan and report issues to Production Management.
• Analyze NCRs and support corrective actions.
• Assist inventory management and classify good/pending inventory.
• Create and update SOPs.
• Train operators on process procedures.
• Support internal and customer audits.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain 5S3R standards on the shop floor.
