Job summary

HL Mando America Corporation (HL MCA) in Hogansville, GA is seeking a Production Control Specialist - Shipping Planner to manage customer shipping requirements and develop daily/weekly shipment plans aligned with production schedules.

You will collaborate across production, material control, sales, PM, and R&D to balance demand, inventory, and logistics while maintaining accurate documentation and ERP data. Strong Excel/PowerPoint and SAP PP/MM experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (4-year college) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Production Control, Engineering Change Management, Supply Chain, or related manufacturing environment.
Ability to prepare, review, and respond to technical and business documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP PP/MM, MRP, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain daily and weekly shipment plans based on customer demand, inventory, and production schedules.
Coordinate with Logistics Supervisor and cross-functional teams to ensure shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and staged for pickup.
Monitor finished goods inventory and coordinate with Production Planner to ensure adequate coverage for pickups.
Prepare and submit logistics reports and KPI metrics; support continuous improvement initiatives.
