Job summary

Gray Wolf Construction is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to plan, schedule, and track production and project activities across departments. You will ensure material, labor, and equipment align with project deadlines.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with ERP or scheduling software, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with Project Managers and Procurement is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in production coordination or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to support project timelines.
• Monitor workflow to identify delays, bottlenecks, or resource constraints.
• Maintain and update production schedules, reports, and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Procurement to ensure material availability and delivery schedules.
• Track production metrics and report on productivity, status, and schedule performance.
• Assist forecasting labor, equipment, and material requirements.
• Review work orders and procurement documents for accuracy.
