Gray Wolf Construction is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to plan, schedule, track, and coordinate production and project activities. This role ensures materials, labor, and equipment align with timelines and quality standards, collaborating with Operations, Project Management, Procurement, and Field Teams.

The candidate will monitor workflows, maintain schedules, and produce reports on productivity, inventory, and schedule performance while supporting forecasting and documentation

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in production coordination or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to support project timelines.

Gray Wolf Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, tracking, and coordination of production and project activities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that materials, labor, equipment, and project documentation are aligned to maintain efficient operations and meet project deadlines. The ideal candidate will work closely with Operations, Project Management, Procurement, and Field Teams to monitor workflow, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery of resources.

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to support project timelines and operational goals.
• Monitor project workflow and production activities to identify delays, bottlenecks, or resource constraints.
• Maintain and update production schedules, reports, logs, and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Procurement personnel to ensure material availability and delivery schedules align with project needs.
• Track production metrics and prepare reports on productivity, job status, inventory levels, and schedule performance.
• Assist with forecasting labor, equipment, and material requirements.
• Review work orders, purchase orders, and production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure efficient project execution.
• Support inventory control processes and assist in monitoring material usage.Maintain project records, databases, and documentation in company systems.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Associate degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in production coordination, project coordination, construction operations, scheduling, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred

• Experience within the construction, fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial industries.
• Knowledge of ERP, project management, or scheduling software.
• Familiarity with inventory control and procurement processes.
• Experience working with production planning and resource allocation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Occasional visits to job sites, fabrication facilities, or warehouses.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis.
