Job summary

Gray Wolf Construction is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to plan, schedule, track, and coordinate production and project activities. This role ensures materials, labor, and equipment align with timelines and quality standards, collaborating with Operations, Project Management, Procurement, and Field Teams.

The candidate will monitor workflows, maintain schedules, and produce reports on productivity, inventory, and schedule performance while supporting forecasting and documentation

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in production coordination or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to support project timelines.
• Monitor workflow to identify delays, bottlenecks, or resource constraints.
• Maintain and update production schedules, reports, logs, and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Procurement to align materials and delivery.
• Track production metrics and prepare reports on productivity and schedule performance.
• Assist with forecasting labor, equipment, and material requirements.
• Review work orders, purchase orders, and production documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure efficient project execution.
• Support inventory control processes and maintain project records in company systems.
