Job summary

The role emphasizes scheduling, tooling and safety, with collaboration across a Plant Floor Supervisor and cross-functional teams to meet on-time delivery and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production management experience in manufacturing.
• Degree in business, manufacturing or engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Clear communication with floor, office, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own production planning and scheduling from master production schedule to on-time shipments.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives including scrap reduction and process improvements.
• Maintain equipment, tooling inventory, and safety program adherence.
• Develop people, cross-train staff, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
