Job summary

RNInk is seeking a Production Control Manager to oversee the plant's production flow in Columbus. You will develop schedules, manage inventory, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding quality standards. Lead a team, monitor budgets, and drive continuous improvement through ERP data accuracy and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5 years prior relevant experience in manufacturing with ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with leadership and staff development skills.
