Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft in Minnesota seeks a Production Controller to plan and manage production tasks, optimize runtime, and monitor material flow using ERP data and KPIs. You will be part of the Line Support Team and drive continuous improvement across the production line.

The role requires experience in purchasing, MRP/ERP systems, and strong organizational skills with a focus on quality and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or CPIM certification or 7+ years in manufacturing/supply chain.
• Experience in training and leading teams.
• Experience with purchasing, expediting, MRP/ERP systems, and quality improvement.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Supply Chain function within LST to ensure parts are delivered on time.
• Plans and sequences daily work orders to meet production schedule.
• Maintains ERP data with accurate lead times and Kanban locations.
• Drives continuous improvement and cross-training across PC team.
• Escalates shortages per the defined process and reports updates.
• Supports audit readiness for supply chain quality system.
