Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong time management and attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and basic math for material planning.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and modify shipping commits based on schedules and demand.
• Determine production requirements and ensure 100% on-time delivery of orders.
• Regulate product mix and batch sizes to satisfy customer needs.
• Monitor and expedite flow of parts to conform to production schedules.
• Disclose bottlenecks to department heads and management as needed.
• Interface with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering on material status.
• Coordinate with buyers to validate direct material requirements and schedules.
• Evaluate inventory and implement improvements to reduce aged WIP and finished goods.
• Organize weekly production schedule meetings and assist with physical inventory.
• Adhere to AS9100 and other quality standards.
