You will interact with Production, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Shipping, Customer Service and Engineering to keep production running smoothly. Key tasks include generating labor reports, assembling work orders, pulling orders for production schedules, and helping production planners with cell scheduling while verifying shortages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) and data reporting are needed.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and generate reports for labor utilization and efficiency.
• Compile work order packages including label creation.
• Pull work orders for production schedules and prioritize/expedite.
• Support Production Planners in cell schedule preparation.
• Verify part shortages on work orders.
