Qualifications

High School diploma or GED; degree in business or supply chain preferred.
Minimum 3 years of production planning experience in manufacturing.
Experience forecasting inventory purchasing requirements.
Ability to utilize MRP and ERP systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

Responsibilities

Create and maintain bills of material, routings, and work orders.
Maintain MRP data to ensure proper stocking levels and on-time deliveries.
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Coordinate with other planners to set sequence and lead times to meet ship dates.
Plan sequence of fabrication and assembly for manufacturing.
