dormakaba Americas is seeking a Production Control Assistant in Chino, CA to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials across departments in a manufacturing setting. Expect interaction with Production, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Shipping, Customer Service and Engineering.

The role requires a high school diploma, manufacturing experience, and strong Excel skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and generate reports for labor utilization and efficiency.
• Compile work order packages and create labels.
• Pull work orders to prioritize and expedite production schedules.
• Support production cell scheduling with planners.
• Verify part shortages on work orders.
