• 2+ years in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing support.

• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily production schedules based on customer demand and available materials
• Monitor production flow and adjust schedules when issues or delays happen
• Track work-in-progress (WIP) and help reduce bottlenecks or slowdowns
• Review production data and prepare reports on schedule performance, throughput, and efficiency
• Work with operations, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to coordinate production activities
• Support process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Maintain accurate production information in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle

The PCP Analyst helps keep production running smoothly by planning schedules, tracking workflow, and making sure materials and labor are available to meet production goals. This person works closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics teams to keep orders moving on time and reduce delays.
