Job summary

Sirius Staffing in Whitsett, NC is seeking a Production Control & Planning Analyst to optimize daily production schedules and ensure material and labor availability to meet targets. You will partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics to keep orders moving, monitor workflows, analyze data, and drive improvements in throughput and efficiency using ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

Degree in a related field is required.
2+ years in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing support.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, JobBOSS, etc.).
Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

Create and manage daily production schedules based on customer demand and available materials
Monitor production flow and adjust schedules when issues or delays happen
Track work-in-progress (WIP) and help reduce bottlenecks or slowdowns
Review production data and prepare reports on schedule performance, throughput, and efficiency
Work with operations, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to coordinate production activities
Support process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives
Maintain accurate production information in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle
