Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in production or fulfillment, strong organizational skills, and experience with SAP or similar systems. This is a full-time on-site role supporting cross-functional teams in a busy distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production workflow (imaging, configuration, testing, packing).
• Prioritize orders based on SLAs, volume, and deadlines.
• Track production progress from intake through shipment.
• Support Production Leads with task assignments and workflow balancing.
• Identify and elevate bottlenecks impacting production output.
• Ensure devices meet quality standards and SOP requirements.
• Update and track production data in systems (SAP or similar).
• Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to align materials with production needs.
• Support high-volume deployment projects and customer programs.

Overview

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Production Coordinator to support daily production operations in a fast-paced CFS (Configuration & Fulfillment Services) environment. This role focuses on coordinating workflow, supporting production teams, and ensuring devices are configured, tested, and shipped on time in alignment with SLA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production workflow (imaging, configuration, testing, packing)
