Job summary

REGENT is hiring a Production Control Warehouse Specialist to keep material flowing between warehouse and production as we scale manufacturing. You’ll be the key link among Production Control, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time.

You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, maintain BOMs, handle forklift operations, and uphold 5S/AS9100 standards while supporting daily stand‑ups with real‑time shortages and WIP status.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, inventory or material handling in manufacturing or DoD logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS inventory transactions and Excel.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain quickly.
• Keen attention to detail and ownership of inventory accuracy.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on a busy shop floor.
• ITAR/EAR eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials against PO documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Build and stage kits from BOMs and deliver to assembly on schedule.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain lot/serial traceability for critical hardware.
• Support daily production stand-ups with real-time status.
• Keep warehouse organized and audit-ready per 5S/AS9100.
