You will monitor ERP schedules, manage MIR accuracy, and support lean improvements across the production flow, ensuring timely design releases and seamless collaboration with engineering and logistics.

• Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: clear communication, problem solving, prioritization under pressure, MS Office proficiency, travel ability, willingness to work outside core hours.

Responsibilities

• Confer with production personnel to identify and resolve challenges.
• Act as liaison between departments to resolve issues impacting timelines.
• Identify issues requiring immediate attention and report to supervisor.
• Provide regular updates on project status and potential schedule risks.
• Monitor and track material shortages with SCM; develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with planning to ensure ERP generates accurate schedules.
• Ensure MIR operations are accurate and compliant with standards.
• Identify lean improvement opportunities across the production process.
• Oversee OSP requests and track improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering for drawing releases and design changes.
• Maintain cross-department communication for timely information flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
