Job summary

Chief Ethanol Fuels, Inc. is seeking a Leadperson to oversee the daily operations of the department, maintain production goals, and coordinate the team to promote safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include developing employees, holding staff accountable, reading blueprints, using construction tools, and ensuring accurate layout and production of products. Must be able to promote teamwork across departments and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience overseeing daily operations and maintaining production goals.
• Ability to develop and coach employees.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies.
• Understanding of blueprints and production orders; layout and build.
• Proficient with staple/nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices.
