Job summary

Contractor Nation is seeking a Construction Laborer to perform in‑home waterproofing, foundation, and concrete leveling work. You will load materials, prep job sites, and assist the crew under a Foreman to ensure high quality installations.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 70–100 pounds. The role emphasizes safety, customer experience, and proper care of tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Epoxy experience highly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle record and background check.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds.
• Ability to crawl into crawlspaces/basements.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to understand English.

Responsibilities

• Load up the truck with material needed for the day before heading out.
• Help the crew get the jobsite ready and keep things clean and safe.
• Work alongside an experienced Foreman to complete high‑quality installations.
• Share ideas to make the job smoother, faster, or safer.
• Leave the customer’s home clean and ensure they have a great experience.
• Unload and clean the truck when returning to the shop.
• Care for the company’s tools, equipment, and materials.
