Job summary

Sure-Dry, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking entry-level construction enthusiasts to install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pumps, and crawl space systems. You will work with an experienced crew at customer homes and learn valuable construction skills. No experience required.

This year-round role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, paid, hands-on training, and clear opportunities to grow. Earn up to $23/hour with weekly performance bonuses plus health and dental insurance, 401(k), and boot

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to perform physical construction work.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously.
• Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Requirements

What You'll Need:

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to perform physical construction work
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (where permitted by law)
