U.S. Anesthesia Partners is seeking a remote day-shift Coder III with 5+ years of complex surgical coding and 4+ years of anesthesia coding experience. The role includes mentoring junior coders and collaborating with clinicians on documentation deficiencies. You will interact with Quality, Education, RCM, and vendor coding teams to ensure accuracy.
Eligible for a quarterly bonus; base pay ranges with location and experience; must meet HIPAA confidentiality standards and code with precision.
Overview
This is a day shift position working remotely. This position requires 5+ years of experience with complex surgical CPT and ICD10, and requires 4+ years of anesthesia coding experience. This position requires additional complex coding including cardiac, critical care, transplant, and interventional radiology experience. Coder III’s will often serve as a mentor for less experience coders and may be called upon to assist with training. This level of coder will also be a key resource to work cases that have been escalated for clarification by coders, and may interact with clinicians on documentation deficiencies, as well working with other departments, including Quality and Education, RCM, and vendor coding teams.

The base pay estimate for this role is $21.97 - $35.14 hourly. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance.
