Qualifications

• 2+ years electronics manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of work in area of coaching; Coach entry to mid-level production roles.
• Monitor, track, and schedule training with new coworkers.
• Cross train coworkers in various manufacturing operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train coworkers and monitor progress to defined training plans.
• Perform production work when not training.
• Provide training status updates to supervisor weekly.
• Review documentation for accuracy, quality compliance and updates.
• Lead by example supporting Benchmark Core Values and policies.
• Support a 24/7 global business operation as required, including shift and site flexing.
