Job summary

Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services in Wilmington, OH is seeking a Production Clerk to support Work Controllers and Maintenance teams by organizing aircraft work packages and associated paperwork.

You will file and track job cards, process forms, and assist with inventory checks to ensure all records are complete and accurate. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with multiple departments on a fixed morning shift (Fri-Mon).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of data entry or word processing experience.
• Type at least 40 words per minute.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Work Controllers and Maintenance/Inspection in maintaining aircraft work packages.
• Order and maintain a file for all job cards and maintenance forms.
• Log and process maintenance forms and related paperwork.
• Perform final inventory with Inspection Department to ensure all documents are complete and signed.

Order, establishes and maintains a file for all job cards, maintenance forms, and paperwork such as Engineering drawings, sketches and diagrams issued for each maintenance visit package. Logs and processes maintenance forms such as partial worksheets, weight change reports, component tags, component work orders, RFTS, REA’s and other customer supplied maintenance forms. Performs final inventory of completed work pages with Inspection Department to ensure all documentation is accounted for and all tally sheets have been signed.

• Be able to work independently with little or no direction
• Excellent communication skills to effectively work with a variety of individuals, departments and organizations.
• 10 hour Morning Shift, Friday - Monday

Preferred skills:

• 1 Year previous experience as production clerk in a heavy maintenance environment
