Our retail operation plays a vital role in supporting our mission across Kentucky Bluegrass, generating revenue for programs and services, and providing employment opportunities for individuals facing limited options. Pay: $12.00/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: B: 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm (Five 8-hour days; days may vary)

Hours of Operation: Monday-Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Essential Duties and Tasks:

1. Accept, sort, grade, process, stock shelves, and sell used donated goods.
2. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
3. Perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness.
4. Follow all company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:

• No formal education required
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service and/or production experience

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stock merchandise, including lifting up to 45 pounds and placing products at various heights.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store.
