Our retail operation is a vital part of our mission, generating revenue to fund programs and services, and providing job opportunities for individuals facing limited options. Every role helps empower people to gain dignity and independence through earning a paycheck and achieving self-sufficiency.

Pay: $12.00 / hour

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: 11:00am - 7:30pm, five 8-hour days

Hours of Operation: Monday-Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Essential Duties and Tasks

• Accept, sort, grade, process, stock shelves, and sell used donated goods.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

• No formal education required
• 1 year of customer service and/or production experience preferred

Physical Demands

• Ability to stock merchandise from receiving to shelving, lifting up to 45 pounds, and placing products at various heights.
• Regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
