What You'll be Doing

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? You'll own ensuring customer data is accurately entered and meets compliance standards. Whether providing quick answers, consulting on products with compassion, or resolving issues with a smile, you'll make the difference between an average and an exceptional customer experience.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Fulfill customer requests with the corresponding supplies/materials
• Receive, unload, check, and stock new transponder inventory, supplies, and customer materials, retrieving items for distribution as requested
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

What You Bring to the Role

• At least 6 months of data entry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
• Computer proficiency
• Data entry skills (35 wpm)
