Qualifications

• Four to five years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of board assembly process and SMT processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Acts as lead and problem solver, balancing personnel and moving product through area.
• Monitors the conduct, performance and contribution of cell members.
• Performs manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, and inspection/repair of products.
• Monitors quantity and quality output and leads production or prototype team to meet goals.
• Compiles data and generates reports on cell performance.
